Great performing cage providing effortless side access while being budget friendly. The Sideburn 6 is ideal for limited space frames and riders that like to take it easy on rides. Available in right or left side access.

Access Made Easy - With a wide 35mm mouth and a gaping 55mm cutout – the Sideburn 6 is just welcoming bottles to come on in. The chamfered side helps guide the bottles in and out as well so you can quickly get a drink and get back to enjoying the trails.

Economical and Mighty - A lower-priced cage doesn’t mean you need to sacrifice bottles out on your rides. The Sideburn 6 has a rigid 7mm upper hook to prevent bottles from rising up. Carrying large bottles? No problem, as this cage features an extremely wide (50mm!) bottom shelf providing excellent weight / bottle distribution. With 6lbs of gripping force your bottles will stay put, just make sure you use this cage on any easy terrain.

Behind The Design - Side cages are ideal for small frames and tight spaces. However, many of the lower priced cages are designed by general nylon composite companies who often neglect doing adequate testing. Some cages on the market, even require unnatural positions of the hand to extract and insert the bottle, while others unknowingly offer a minimal retaining force so bottles easily launch. We took an entirely new approach by tripling the minimum retaining force to 6 lbs (2.7 Kgs). From years of testing, this is the lowest acceptable retaining force when riding on easy terrain ensuring your bottle stays put.

Tip - When mounting the Sideburn 6 on seat tubes, make sure you select the access that is opposite of your dominant hand. If you grab bottles from your right hand, pick left side access.
