SwissStop EXOTherm Notice, July 28 2017
Dear Valued Customer,
On June 15th, Swissstop informed you of the stop-ride and stop-sale advisory for our EXOTherm brake pads. Although these pads were tested and certified by various institutes, including DIN EN ISO 4210 certification at Velotech.de, Swissstop recognized that they are not meeting expectations in terms of quality. SwissStop strongly believes in producing products of only the highest quality and, as such, we could not continue to sell the EXOTherm brake pads.
We are currently working on improvements to the production process so that we will be able to offer EXOTherm type brake pads for sale again in the future.
In addition to this work, we need to have an accurate count of the EXOTherm pads which have been sold to the market. Therefore, we kindly ask all customers and dealers to return the pads to the place of purchase.

If you require replacements, Echelon Sports can offer pads SwissStop Disc E type. If a Disc E model is not available for a specific type of caliper, we can offer Organic or Disc S types.
