Echelon Sports is looking for an experienced full-time Product Support & Customer Service superstar. Based in East Brisbane, Echelon Sports is a leading distributor of premium on-road and off-road cycling brands within the Australian & New Zealand marketplace.

What will you be doing?

  • Monitoring, managing and processing a high volume of sales orders - B2B & B2C.
  • Frontline support of trade partners, reps & consumers via email, phone & FreshDesk.
  • Provide product & technical knowledge support and assistance.
  • Conduct customer service and order follow-up including Returns (RA) and Warranties.

What do we need?

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in product sales or customer support in the cycling industry.
  • Passion for cycling of any kind.
  • Someone who looks for detail, identifies discrepancies and can solve them.
  • Great phone and email skills for internal and external communications.
  • Works in a tidy and logical manner.
  • Can multi-task and prioritize activities.
  • Sound Microsoft Office skills.
