Over the past week we have seen significant changes that continue to challenge us. The Echelon Sports team want to reassure you that we are taking measures to keep products and supplies moving to you as required and in turn keep your clients on their bikes. 

We will be open over the next few days, however as the situation changes, we may be required to amend processes and freight distribution to you. We are focused on minimising the spread of COVID-19 and have taken steps to mitigate and reduce risk.

TRADING HOURS & FRIEGHT...

We are committed to getting your orders out, keeping you supplied and stocked with the staples that your clients need the most. We will continue to open as usual with regular business hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm and we will also be making sure B2B access is in tip top shape. 

We have been advised by our freight partners that they are doing everything possible to mitigate delays in pick-ups and deliveries. As these companies themselves monitor and manage their business, we ask you to bear with us in regard to delivery and know that flexibility may be required.
