Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received. Orders will be shipped via Australia Post or courier services and be delivered between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding Public holidays (subject to their terms and conditions).

Please make sure all customer shipping details are correct as we cannot redirect any orders once they have been dispatched.

All parcels are sent via the terms and conditions of the carrier and may require a signature upon delivery.

In the event that there is no one in attendance at the nominated delivery address, couriers including Australia Post may leave a parcel collection card or instruction for arranging redelivery.

Express Shipping

The $12.99 (excl. GST) Express Shipping cost will be applied to orders over $100.

For orders under $100, a $5 Express Shipping cost will be added to Regular Shipping.

Excluded from Express Shipping:

  • wheels
  • helmets
  • bike & wheel bags
  • products that weigh more than 5kg in cubic or gross weight

Returns Policy

Should you need to return a product to us, please contact our customer service team for a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) and returns form.

All returns must be registered within 14 days of invoice/dispatch date and shipped back within 21 days of that original invoice/dispatch date.

Please contact us on info@echelonsports.com.au to register a return authorisation.

Any returns other than defective goods must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, with no labels, stickers or markings on the product packaging. The return of goods considered to be defective is subject to testing by the manufacturer to determine credit or exchange of goods. No refunds or exchanges are available Sale Items unless they are deemed faulty by the manufacturer.

Sale / Clearance Items

Please choose carefully as refunds or exchanges are not allowed on items of incorrect sizing or for change of mind where the product is not faulty.

Resending Of Incorrectly Sized & Ordered Products

Incorrectly ordered products (e.g. incorrect garment size or incorrect part) must be returned to Echelon Sports in undamaged, unused condition at the purchaser's expense. The shipping cost of the replacement product will be applied to the original purchaser and will vary, depending on the size of the parcel and its destination, the cost between $9.99 and $15.99 excluding GST.
